Avoid Six Sales Mistakes – LDC Offers Free Business Seminar

Need a different approach to sales?  Afraid of making unconscious but routine mistakes? Learn valuable sales strategies and how to avoid six common mistakes at “Anatomy of a Sale and How to Avoid Six Mistakes that ‘Born Salespeople’ Don’t Know,” at a free business seminar open to the public and sponsored by The Lakewood Development Corporation as a service of the Urban Enterprise Zone (UEZ), Tuesday, January 24, 2012, from 10:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m., Conference Room 18, Lakewood Municipal Building, 231 Third Street, Lakewood.

The workshop, presented by the SBA (Small Business Administration) and Vicki Morgan of WCEC (Women’s Center for Entrepreneurship Corp.), will explore how strategic know-how of selling skills helps meet today’s challenges to succeed.  Based upon a relationship-building, customer-driven approach, “The Anatomy of a Sale” is a valuable resource and selling system giving confidence that unleashes earning potential and results in achieving goals.

All businesses are welcome whether or not they are participating in a UEZ program. A question and answer period will follow.
