Dr. Harris Bram Joins the Medical Staff of AOSMI

Dr. Harris N. Bram, East Brunswick, a board-certified and fellow-trained doctor in anesthesiology and pain management, has joined the medical team of orthopedic surgeons at Advanced Orthopedics and Sports Medicine Institute (AOSMI), Freehold.  Dr. Bram will focus his practice pain management and minimally invasive interventional spine procedures.

Before joining AOSMI, Dr. Bram was the director of Pain Services, Department of Anesthesiology, at Monmouth Medical Center, Long Branch, New Jersey, where he had earlier been the subsection director of Pain Management for several years.

Dr. Bram completed his internship and residency at Hahnemann University Hospital, Philadelphia, in anesthesiology with CA-3 subspecialties in cardiac anesthesia and obstetrical anesthesia.

He earned his M.D. at the University of Arkansas College of Medicine in Little Rock, Arkansas. He graduated cum laude with a B.S. in interdisciplinary sciences from Touro College, New York.

Dr. Bram is a board-certified diplomat of the American Board of Anesthesiology, the American Board of Pain Medicine, and holds a Certificate Of Added Qualifications in Pain Management. In 2011, Dr. Bram was named “Top Doc” by U.S. News and World Report and “Top Doctor New Jersey”  by Castle Connolly.*

Dr. Bram is a member of the International Spine Intervention Society (ISIS); New Jersey Society of Interventional Pain Physicians (NSSIPP); the North American Spine Society (NASS); and the American Society of Regional Anesthesiologists.
