First Latino Cultural Festival – Sponsorships and Vendor Space Now Available

The newly created National Association of the Advancement of Latino People (NAALP) is expecting more than 2,000 people to attend its first annual Garden State Latino Cultural Festival, Saturday, September 20, from 11:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., at Lake Terrace, 1690 Oak Street, Lakewood, N.J. 08701.

Corporate sponsorships, ranging from $1,000 to $3,000 are available with all levels receiving state-wide recognition and event specials. Advertising in the program journal ranges from $400 to $150. The fee for food vendor tables, inside and outside, is $400; and $300 for businesses or organizations.

Because the population of the Hispanic community is significantly increasing in Central Jersey, Jorge A. Rod and Betty Rod, the co-founders of NAALP, saw a need to create NAALP to better equip, assist and educate all Latino communities to realize their potential.

“As Hispanics, we understand we will be dealing with different ethnicities. As such, we aim to respect the different cultural values and beliefs within the Hispanic community by developing our organization to a standard that meets Hispanics based on their individual needs,” says the NAALP brochure.

For more information, to make a donation to NAALP, or to reserve space at the festival, call Betty Rod at 1-855-465-2763 or lunjpr@optonline.net
