Getting from Tired to Inspired! Help Employees Get Healthy-Dec. 8 HR Meeting

Health care — the greatest cost for many businesses and it’s increasing! Business owners and HR professionals can do something about it. Dr. James Proodian, founder of Proodian Healthcare, will present steps to implement a Corporate Wellness Success program that promotes communication, education, motivation, and personal responsibility for health at the monthly meeting of JSAHR (The Jersey Shore Association for Human Resources), open to the public, Thursday, December 8, 2016, from 7:45 to 10:30 a.m., at the Jumping Brook Country Club, 210 Jumping Brook Road, Neptune, N.J.

Dr. Proodian’s presentation will cover such topics as stress, fatigue, nutrition, and fitness. He will show the impact of chronic disease in the workplace, chronic medical conditions that are related to lifestyle choices, and the cost of treating disease versus prevention, among others.

The registration fee, including a full buffet breakfast, is $30.00 for JSAHR members; $40.00 for nonmembers; $25.00 for guests and those in-transition, and $10.00 for full-time students. The sponsor of the meeting is Retirement Income Advisors.

About the Speaker: Dr. James Proodian is the founder and president of Proodian Healthcare, which includes the Natural Health Care Centers in Long Branch and Middletown, the Wellness at Work health education company, and the Put Back What You Lack supplements website. He also created the Long Branch CityWell Municipal Employee Health and Wellness program and serves as its Clinical Director and Health Educator.
