NJNG Energy Assistance Program
New Jersey Natural Gas (NJNG) Company is hosting its annual Energy Assistance Day at the Ocean County Library – Lakewood Branch, 301 Lexington Avenue, September 16 from 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.
Representatives from NJNG and state-designated agencies will be on hand to work with community members to determine which programs best fit their needs and assist them with the application process.
This program is designed to assist those who are having problems paying their gas bill. Attendees should bring their social security cards and proof of income for all household members, a deed or rental lease, and recent natural gas and electric bills.
