OHI to Participate in Mexican Consulate Health Fair 2015
Ocean Health Initiatives (OHI), a federally qualified health center, is participating in the Lakewood Community Health Fair hosted by the Mexican Consulate of Philadelphia, Saturday, October 24, 2015, at the Calvary Lighthouse Church, 1133 East County Line Road, Building B (Calvary Academy) in Lakewood, N.J., from 9:30 a.m. to 1:00 p.m.
The OHI Mobile Medical Unit will be on site to provide free health screenings and education about its medical services in Ocean County. Certified navigators from the Health Insurance Marketplace of OHI will be available to answer questions about upcoming open enrollment, and to assist the public with outreach and enrollment information.
The Mexican Consulate of Philadelphia, which covers Ocean County, N.J., will host documentation services to about 170 people, but not limited to, the Mexican population in and around Lakewood.

OHI is a nonprofit 501(c)(3) federally qualified health center (FQHC) with locations at 101 Second Street, Lakewood; 301 Lakehurst Road, Toms River; 333 Haywood Road, Manahawkin; Lakehurst Circle Center II, 686 Route 70 Lakehurst; a health center within the Clifton Avenue Elementary School, 625 Clifton Avenue, Lakewood; and a Mobile Medical Unit.
