Peter Berryman, Manasquan, a member of the local banking industry for more than 30 years, is one of the partners of Patriot Mortgage LLC, 2517 Highway 35, Building B, Suite 303, Manasquan, N.J. Patriot is a licensed mortgage company designed to service individuals and businesses with loans ranging from $50,000 to $5,000,000.
Berryman, who originated more than $1 billion in mortgages over the past 20 years as executive vice president, chairman, and managing partner of Kastle Mortgage, Freehold, joins Robert Francis Walsh, Howell, at Patriot Mortgage.
At Kastle, Berryman was the director of up to 75 loan officers, processors, and closing coordinators, among other responsibilities. His expertise has always been customer based. He helps his clients build and understand their credit scores so they can obtain the best rates and programs available.
Berryman is a graduate of Red Bank Catholic High School and Brookdale Community College. Born and raised in Freehold, Berryman remains active in the Freehold community. He was the president of the Freehold Soccer League and coached two traveling teams for more than 10 years.
