President of Stark Associates Insurance Agency Named to the Executive Board of MODC
Toby Stark, Hazlet, president of Stark Associates Insurance Agency, 55 Gilbert Street North, Suite 2202, Tinton Falls, was recently named to the executive board of MODC (Monmouth Ocean Development Council). Stark has been a board member of MODC for two years.
Stark, a member of the Eatontown Lions Club, served on its board of directors from 2005 to 2012, was president in 2009, and has been chairman of the golf committee since 2007. In 2013, Stark received the Melvin Jones Award, the Lions Club’s highest honor.
He served on the board of directors of the Eastern Monmouth Chamber of Commerce (2008-2014); and has been president of Letip of Red Bank since 2012, having served on its board of directors since 2009.
Stark is a member of the Monmouth Ocean Chapter Board of the New Jersey Association of Health Underwriters (2013 – 2015); was its State President Elect in 2015; on the golf committee (2012 – 2014), and was the local Legislative Chair (2012 – 2015).
He earned a B.A. in information science from Catawba College, Salisbury, N.C.; and holds licenses in Health and Life, and Property and Casualty.
