SBA Lender Joins Harmony Bank – Heads New Loan Department

Harmony Bank has named Thomas Lilley, Manahawkin, the director of its newly established U.S. Small Business Administration (SBA) loan department. Lilley, who has more than 20 years of experience in SBA lending, will oversee the development of Harmony’s SBA lending division and will foster its SBA portfolio growth throughout the state. His office is at Harmony Bank’s headquarters, 2120 West County Line Road, Jackson.

Before joining Harmony Bank, Lilley was a business development officer and SBA lender for TD Bank, Manahawkin. He was a loan underwriter for the CIT Group and a business development officer at Commerce Bank, later acquired by TD Bank.

The SBA loan program provides competitively priced, government-backed financing programs that help small businesses grow and succeed, with advantageous terms not available through conventional financing.

Lilley, born and raised in Union, N.J., graduated from Union High School. He received his B.S. degree in economics from Rutgers University, New Brunswick.
