Maybe you never thought about it. Maybe you’ve been praying for that day for a long time. Even if you are not selling your business right now, being prepared will save you money and stress, and give you an understanding of the decisions that need to be made.

Business owners thinking about selling their business and accountants who advise clients about how to sell their business are invited to a free seminar, “Exit Planning: Strategies for the Business Owner,” presented by Frank Congilose, author of An Entrepreneur’s Guide to Responsible Wealth and managing partner of C&A Financial Group, on Wednesday, September 27, 2017, 6:30 to 8:00 p.m., in the Training Center of C&A Financial Group, 2111 Route 34 South, Wall, N.J. 07719.  Light refreshments are included.

Topics at the Exit Planning Strategies seminar include: What is your business really worth? How to maximize and protect your business value. Is transferring your business to a third party the best option? What about transferring ownership to insiders – are they ready and can you make them happy? Why is business continuity so important? Have you considered your own personal wealth and estate planning? How much business and personal financial resources do you really want?

For reservations, call the C&A Financial Group front desk at 732-528-4800 by September 24. The first five attendees will receive a copy of Congilose’s book An Entrepreneur’s Guide to Responsible Wealth.
