Past Ratfests have included David Lee Roth, Def Leppard, Poison, Kid Rock, Motley Crue, Lynyrd Skynyrd, Disturbed, Megadeth, and many others.  Ratfest began in 1997 at the Tradewinds in Sea Bright; it later moved to Convention Hall; and now, for 13 years, it is being held at the PNC Bank Arts Center, Holmdel.
