2014 Citizens of the Year to Be Honored by Lakewood Chamber

The Lakewood Chamber of Commerce is inviting the public to join its members in celebrating the honorees named 2014 Citizens of the Year at a reception Wednesday, October 29, 2014, from 5:30 to 8:30 p.m. in the Grande View Ballroom, Eagle Ridge Golf Club, 2 Augusta Boulevard, Lakewood.

Six recipients and organizations will be honored as the 2014 Citizens of the Year for their outstanding commitment to Lakewood. The individuals are Jose Fabrizzio Orozco, vice president and area manager of Provident Bank; Julie Vanore, CEO of Preferred Family of Services; and Assemblyman David P. Rible, Minority Conference Leader.

The businesses and organizations that will be honored are AcuteCare Health System, CEO Violeta Peters; Investors Bank, Mark P. Balsam Sr., assistant vice president and branch manager; and Lakewood Civilian Safety Watch, Ephraim Chase, senior member.

Tickets cost $110.00 per person and include a continuous premium open bar, hors d’oeuvres, hot and cold buffet stations, dessert, and coffee. Kosher food is available.
