What If YOU Needed a Home? 100.1 WJRZ Begins Its Building Homes from the Heart Campaign
The walls will come together to help a deserving family in Ocean County as radio station 100.1 WJRZ-FM of the Beasley Media Group and Northern Ocean Habitat for Humanity, Toms River, partner for the second annual Building Homes from the Heart campaign, beginning July 26 and 27 at a work site at the Ocean County Mall parking lot in front of Macy’s, parallel to Hooper Avenue, Toms River.
The 100.1 WJRZ air staff and support team along with members of Northern Ocean Habitat for Humanity will build an affordable, dream-come-true house for a deserving working New Jersey family, beginning with the construction of panels for a new home. Once panels are assembled, they will be transported to Bayville where the home will be completed. A dedication will take place once the house is finished.

The labor is free but supplies, such as lumber, nails, and materials, aren’t. Monetary donations will be used to buy materials for the building days.
