Let’s Get Physical! GYMGUYZ Featured Speakers at August 7 Lunch Meeting
Let’s get physical – in your own home or office! Allen Meretsky and Rob Gasko, owners of GYMGUYZ Central Monmouth County, will explain and demonstrate many features of their mobile fitness and wellness program for all ages at the Lunch a Little, Learn a Lot business meeting, noon to 1:30 p.m., Tuesday, August 7, 2018, at Charlie Brown’s Restaurant, 400 Route 70 West, Lakewood, N.J. The cost is $15 and includes Charlie Brown’s salad bar, a lunch entrée, a beverage, and an educational presentation. Walk-ins welcome.

Before starting GYMGUYZ, Gasko was sales consultant with Power Home Remodeling Group, where he was responsible for B2C sales and marketing, employee training, and was a mentoring coach. Meretsky worked in human resources at Ernst & Young. For the past 10 years he has worked independently as a full- and part-time personal trainer.
Both Meretsky and Gasko earned their B. S. from Seton Hall University in business administration. They both hold licenses from the National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM). Gasko also holds a Functional Movement Screen (FMS) license.
Meretsky and Gasko are members of the Eastern Monmouth Chamber and the Monmouth Ocean Development Council (MODC) where they serve on the economic development and nonprofit committees. Gasko is also a member of the A-Team, BNI of Holmdel.
