Compassion Art Project Deadline ReSet for May – A Chance to Pay Forward $1000

If have an opportunity to teach or talk to children about compassion at home, in school, or in your places of worship, join Rotem Dental Care, Toms River, in a local initiative to make the world a better place through compassion.

Rotem Dental Care is extending the deadline to submit art boards drawn or painted by area children ages 7 through 14, depicting what the word compassion means to them. The art project will be judged this May and the child who submits the winning compassion art piece will win $1000 donated by Rotem Dental Care for either their class, or place of worship, or a charity of their choice.

Comcast spotlight, the first partner of compassionate Toms River, donated more than 500 canvas art boards (9×12), a project of Charter for Compassion, which is striving to activate the golden rule around the world.

It’s a great way for parents, teachers and clergy to help area children learn the meaning of compassion. And if ever there was a time to teach our children the meaning of compassion, it’s now.

Pick up the art boards at Dr. Rotem’s office, Rotem Dental Care, 355 Lakehurst Road, Toms River. For more information, call contact Dr. Rotem at 732-341-8500 or visit CompassionateTomsRiver.org. COMPASSION…IT’S A GOOD THING!
