February 11 HR Meeting Explores “The Journey from Diversity Metrics to Analytics”

Posted on January 18, 2021 By

Diversity and Inclusion (D&I) practitioners have argued that increasing diversity leads to improved business results. As organizations become increasingly quantified, D&I practitioners need to develop more sophisticated approaches to understanding the impact of D&I on their business practice, and how an analytical approach can enhance initiatives and business decision making.

Join JSAHR (Jersey Shore Association for Human Resources) professionals for a Zoom meeting, open to the public, presented by Carolyn Broderick, a specialist in workforce analytics at The Mount Sinai Health System, on February 11 from 8:45 to 10:00 a.m.
