As a result of the economy, HR professionals, the key members of the management teams in companies, are dealing with almost daily turmoil in such areas as health care legislation and financial reforms, among others.  The results of all this uncertainty often lead to chaos and confusion. more prevalent, so will opportunities for strategic advantages.

About the Coach: In the course of 25 years, Ruisi progressed through USLIFE Corporation to become its President and COO/CEO. After the acquisition of USLIFE by American General Corporation (AGC), a $3 billion project he led, Ruisi remained as president and CEO, and member of the Board of Directors of two of its operating subsidiaries until May 1998.

Ruisi was named the 2009 Citizen of the Year by the Lakewood Chamber of Commerce. Recently, the video he created and funded “Faces, Colors and Stories of Cancer” received the Gold Award from the Jersey Shore Public Relations and Advertising Association.
