October 14 Online HR Meeting – Recruiting Strategies

Join HR professionals for a virtual Jersey Shore Association for Human Resources (JSAHR) webinar, open to the public, on Thursday, October 14, 2021, from 8:30 to 10:00 a.m. to explore recruiting strategies, digital media, virtual reality, and the now normal hybrid work model in recruiting, attracting, and retaining a workforce in an ever changing landscape.
Marcia Zaruba O’Connor, president and CEO of The Connor Group, which provides talent acquisition consulting and human resource outsourcing services to clients, will present the three-step Executive Presence process to attendees: How today’s landscape and demographics impact the recruiting scene; how technology affects recruiting strategies; and what trends to be aware of in the continually changing recruiting environment.
O’Connor earned a B.S. in accounting from Widener University and an M.S. in human organizational development from Villanova University.
