Outreach and Enrollment associates of OHI (Ocean Health Initiatives), a federally qualified health center with locations in Ocean County, will answer questions and address concerns about ACA (the Affordable Care Act), and provide information about OHI’s medical services for insured, uninsured and underinsured Ocean County residents every Wednesday this June from 10:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. at The County Connection, located near JC Penney’s, Ocean County Mall, 1201 Hooper Ave, Toms River, NJ 08753.

OHI’s Outreach and Enrollment staff will be on site at the County Connection not only to explain any changes in ACA, and discuss options under Medicaid and NJ FamilyCare, but to provide information about OHI’s participation in the Veterans Choice Program.

The County Connection is a service of the Ocean County Board of Chosen Freeholders. It is open during mall hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays. It is handicapped accessible and served by public transportation, including New Jersey Transit and Ocean Ride buses.
