Retaining Employees: The New Recruitment – Sept Meeting of HR Professionals

The costs of recruitment have skyrocketed. Business leaders and HR executives are spending a lot of time and money to find the right employees, ones that will stay. Understand why some leave but others stay on the job at “Retaining Your Employees: The New Recruitment,” the monthly meeting of JSAHR (The Jersey Shore Association for Human Resources), open to the public, Thursday, September 8, 2016, from 7:45 to 10:00 a.m., at the Jumping Brook Country Club, 210 Jumping Brook Road, Neptune, N.J.

The session will identify what employees want, the top reasons why people leave organizations, and how to devise effective retention strategies.
