Retaining Employees: The New Recruitment – Sept Meeting of HR Professionals

Understand why some leave but others stay on the job at “Retaining Your Employees: The New Recruitment,” the monthly meeting of JSAHR (The Jersey Shore Association for Human Resources), open to the public, Thursday, September 8, 2016, from 7:45 to 10:00 a.m., at the Jumping Brook Country Club, 210 Jumping Brook Road, Neptune, N.J.
The session will identify what employees want, the top reasons why people leave organizations, and how to devise effective retention strategies.
The registration fee, including a full buffet breakfast, is $30.00 for JSAHR members; $40.00 for nonmembers; $25.00 for guests and those in-transition, and $10.00 for full-time students.
