Retaliation Against HR – Mar. 5 Free Virtual Meeting

A recent case in Maryland, designed to help HR professionals handle conflict between what is legally and morally right, and what upper management wants done, is the topic of discussion at virtual meeting of JSAHR (Jersey Shore Association for Human Resources) professionals, open to the public, on Thursday, March 5 at Noon.

Scott Oswald, an attorney and a managing principal at The Employment Law Group, will aim to help professionals understand the risks of bending to pressure, and to identify and combat retaliation.
