Show Me the Mortgage! Mortgage Loan Officer Dannan Winch to Speak at April 10 Lunch Meeting
Dannan Winch, Toms River, a mortgage loan officer with NJ Lenders Corp, Shrewsbury, will be presenting “Show Me the Mortgage!” at the Lunch a Little, Learn a Lot business meeting, noon to 1:30 p.m., Tuesday, April 10, 2018, at Charlie Brown’s Restaurant, 400 Route 70 West, Lakewood, N.J. The cost is $15 and includes Charlie Brown’s salad bar, a lunch entrée, a beverage, and an educational presentation. Walk-ins welcome.
Among other topics, her talk will include information about mortgage rates, credit reports and scores, and the recent changes in tax laws that affect mortgage purchase and refinancing.
At NJ Lenders Corp, Winch works with clients to help them find the best home financing solutions; be well-informed about current programs and policies for home purchases and refinances; and networks with community partners to help her clients. Prior to joining NJ Lenders Corp, Winch worked at Select Mortgage Corp, Brick, maintaining a customer database and creating advertising materials.
