The Psychology of High Performance – Join HR Professionals Feb 8

Learn how to help organizations transform the way they hire, promote, and develop people at every level at the breakfast meeting of JSAHR (Jersey Shore Association for Human Resources) professionals, open to the public, on Thursday, February 8, 2024, from 8:00 to 10:00 a.m. at Jumping Brook Country Club, 210 Jumping Brook Road, Neptune. Using the Business Athlete model, George Wright of WrightOne Consulting, will explore what it takes to sustain high performance, and understand the mental and emotional aspects that contribute to optimizing individual performance.

Participants will learn how to effectively manage stress, pressure, and anxiety; persevere in the face of adversity, setbacks, and challenges; and set clear, challenging and achievable goals.
