Nicholas A. Stachowski, DeMoro Realty Group, MFS (Multi-Family Specialist) of Keller Williams, West Monmouth, is working though his fourth year in this tough real estate market. Stachowski, a former engineer in the military defense field, began investing in real estate in his early 20’s. He is well-versed in fix and flip investments to buy or to hold.

Sarah LaRue, CNE (Certified Negotiation Expert) of Keller Williams, West Monmouth, has been working with buyers, sellers and investors for six years. After she left teaching, she began to pursue a career in real estate. LaRue, who has flipped several investment properties for herself, entered this challenging real estate market to help others achieve their dreams of owning real estate in Monmouth and Ocean counties.
