Robert C. Novy, who practices Elder Law, has announced that his law firm Novy & Associates, with offices in Manchester and Sea Girt, New Jersey, has launched Inside the Law Speakers’ Bureau, more than 20 free seminars to help people of all ages easily understand legal concepts that can and most often will affect them and their family members.

As a public service, Novy and his associates Jason Wyatt and Douglas Hull are available to present information to businesses and organizations on such topics as dispelling the myths of Medicaid, Medicare and long-term care; estate planning for parents of mentally or physically disabled children; grandparents’ rights; and protecting your estate plan in a multi-marriage, blended-family world, among many other topics.

Robert Novy is a provider of legal services to the Ocean County Office on Aging, hosts a WOBM AM (1160) radio show “Inside the Law” every other Saturday at 10:00 a.m. and is a frequently sought-after speaker for civic, professional, and trade groups. He is a member of the National Academy of Elder Law Attorneys, and his practice focuses on the areas of estate planning and settlement, guardianships, disability protection, and real estate.
