A Wish Comes True at Galloway through Preferred Home Health Care

If you had one wish that could make a significant impact on someone’s life, what would that wish be? When Damaris Esquea, Pleasantville, a certified home health aide for Preferred Home Health Care & Nursing Services (PHCC), and Kimberly Lamberty, Linwood, the client services coordinator for PHCC in Galloway, found out that Rosaline Glover, Pleasantville, a client of theirs, could not leave her home because her motorized wheelchair was broken, Lamberty made that wish come true through the One Wish program of PHHC.

Now, through PHHC, the wheelchair is being replaced!

One Wish began five years ago through the efforts of Jonathan Herman, the COO of PHHC. At the end of the year, every internal staff member at PHHC is asked for one wish he or she would like to see fulfilled in the upcoming year.  Herman said, “I’m very proud to see our One Wish program further cements some of Preferred’s core philosophies – to help our clients, and to strengthen the many towns and communities we service.”
