Building Excellence – September 14 HR Meeting

Posted on August 15, 2017 By

Because HR is an extremely competitive field, it is important to attract and retain qualified employees who will work together to meet an organization’s goals. Do you have the right people with the right skills to meet your company’s needs? Are they team players?

Dr. Richard Atkins will address employee development tools and strategies, among other critical issues based on the employee assessment method called Building Excellence at the monthly meeting of JSAHR (The Jersey Shore Association for Human Resources), open to the public, Thursday, September 14, 2017, from 7:45 to 10:00 a.m., at the Jumping Brook Country Club, 210 Jumping Brook Road, Neptune, N.J.

Building Excellence is a unique survey system that can be used to help companies manage the hiring process, develop meaningful training programs, select qualified employees for promotions, and assign new skill sets to employees, among others.

The registration fee, including a full buffet breakfast, is $30.00 for JSAHR members; $40.00 for nonmembers; $25.00 for guests and those in-transition, and $10.00 for full-time students. Sponsorship for this meeting is still available.
