CEO of Tinton Falls HR Company Nominated for Prestigious Athena® Award

The Greater Monmouth Chamber of Commerce (GMCC) has nominated Cristina L. Amyot, Jackson, the president and CEO of EnformHR, Tinton Falls, a human resources consulting firm, with the 2016 Athena® Award. Amyot, one of ten nominees, was selected based her commitment to her profession, business and professional accomplishments, her community service, and how helpful she has been in mentoring and providing a role model for women in business.

The recipient The 2016 ATHENA Award, the 31st anniversary of this award, will be announced at the GMCC luncheon, Battleground Country Club, 1 Covenhoven Road, Manalapan, on Friday, November 4, 2016.

Amyot was recently recognized as a Leading Woman Entrepreneur by Leading Women Entrepreneurs, a company that recognizes outstanding women business owners from among hundreds of women from New Jersey, Connecticut, New York and Pennsylvania.

Amyot and her team at EnformHR provide a full range of HR services: HR Management, Training and Development, and Strategic Partnering. She is a member of the Society for Human Resource Management Association (SHRM), the Human Resources Management Association of Princeton, the Jersey Shore Association of Human Resources (JSAHR), the New Jersey Business and Industry Association (NJBIA), and the Monmouth Ocean Development Council (MODC).

Amyot was graduated with a B.A. and an M.A. in Human Resource Management from Rutgers University. She holds a Senior Certified Professional (SHRM-SCP) from the Society for Human Resource Management; certification from the Human Resources Certification Institute as a Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR); and a Life, Accident and Health Insurance License from the State of New Jersey Department of Banking and Insurance.
