Experienced Mortgage Broker Opens New Mortgage Company in Manasquan
Patriot Mortgage Mortgage LLC, a new mortgage company License #1248884, designed to service individuals and businesses with loans ranging from $50,000 to $5,000,000, has opened at 2517 Highway 35, Building B, Suite 303, Manasquan, N.J.
Patriot Mortgage may be new, but one of its founders Robert Francis Walsh, #126238, Howell, has been an experienced licensed mortgage broker for more than 30 years in Freehold, and in Monmouth and Ocean County.
Patriot Mortgage offers commercial loans, home purchase loans, mortgage refinancing, and reverse mortgages. Patriot Mortgage, which has 14 employees, offers products that feature competitive prices and rates in order to tailor every loan to the borrower. Walsh notes that it offers specials rates and fees for veterans, active military personnel, and teachers.
Patriot Mortgage is a member of the Monmouth and Ocean County boards of realtors, and the Jersey Shore Chamber of Commerce.
