Foley Named Branch Manager of Preferred Home Health Care, Brick

Susan Foley, Jackson, New Jersey, has been named branch manager of the Preferred Home Health Care & Nursing Services (PHHC) Brick office, 192 Jack Martin Boulevard.

As branch manager of PHHC, which has its headquarters in Eatontown, Foley is responsible for managing internal and external staff, including RNs and LPNs; insurance authorizations; and customer service and care coordination for new and existing clients in Ocean County.

Foley served as the assistant manager at PHHC before her promotion to manager. Prior to joining PHHC, Foley served as the administrator at the Absecon Manor Nursing and Rehabilitation Center, Absecon, N.J., where she was in charge of a 162-bed facility with 32 behavior beds. She also kept residents safe during major disasters, such as hurricanes Sandy and Irene.

Foley was graduated from John Jay College, N.Y.C., with a B.S.in Criminal Justice. Foley, a Licensed Nursing Home Administrator, was named the 2013 Administrator of the Year 2013 by NJAPA (New Jersey Activities Professionals Association). She is a HAM radio operator and a real estate referral agent. Foley is a member of St. Aloysius and St. Monica churches in Jackson, N.J., and sings in both choirs.
