For her outstanding efforts and dedication to the underserved residents of Ocean County, Monika Kwiatkowska, Jackson, the dental coordinator for OHI (Ocean Health Initiatives), has recently been named OHI’s 2011 Employee of the Year.  Dr. Theresa Berger, CEO, presented Kwiatkowska with a plaque from the Board of Directors, the management team, and the staff of OHI.

Kwiatkowska works with Dr. Deborah Brown, OHI’s dental clinical director, to ensure the Lakewood and Toms River dental departments are providing exceptional dental care and are in compliance with all regulatory agencies, and all OHI policies and procedures. More than 4,800 dental patients, ranging in age from one year to 95, received dental care from OHI in 2011.

Dr. Berger said, “Monika, who has worked at OHI since 2004, has always demonstrated exceptional compassion and professionalism to all dental patients, consistently going above and beyond the call of duty.”

Before joining OHI, Kwiatkowska was a dental assistant in the dental department at Kimball Neighborhood Health Center, Lakewood, New Jersey. She completed her dental assistant course at Ocean County Vocational School, New Jersey, and holds her New Jersey dental radiology license.
